Is there orientation for new students?
Information on New Student Orientation programs is available at www.fullerton.edu/orientation/. Orientation is mandatory for First time freshmen during the summer and transfer students before the end of their first semester at CSU, Fullerton. Transfer orientation may be completed on-line. Students on F-1 visas who reside out of the country are not required to complete their orientation until they get to the University.
To support first-year students’ successful transition to higher education at Cal State Fullerton, Freshman Programs offers a community of students, professors, advisors, professional staff and peer mentors to help first-year students make new friends and make the most of the college experience. This community will help students find what they need, whether it’s a place on campus to chill or tips to improve writing or time management skills.
